With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnnie Spires (Pinetop, Arizona), who passed away on March 19, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Johnnie may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Johnnie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his daughters, Jammie Lynn Chandler Faries and Judy Black. He is survived by: his wife Christine Spires; and his children, Louise Copp, Billy John Spires and Gordon Holcomb. He is also survived by his wife, his children, grandchildren and his great-grandchildren.
