He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Paul Starkman and Virginia Louise Mackey; and his sons, William Chuck Starkman and Steven Paul Starkman. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jerene Starkman; his daughter Victoria Schwindt (Brad); his grandchildren, Aaron Starkman, Holly Starkman, Allison Best (Tyler) and Ryan Schwindt; and his great grandchildren, Summer Starkman, Cameron Starkman, Conner Starkman and Liam Best.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Frye Chapel & Mortuary of Blythe (633 N 7th St, Blythe, CA 92225).
