He was predeceased by : his parents, Manuel Arras, and Trinidad Arras, Sr.; and his sisters, Delia Aragon and Margie Schirmer. He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his daughter Michelle Peña (Alejandro Peña); his grandchildren, Kerstan Jansen, Kaitlin Sander, Alex and Joshua Peña; and his siblings, Daniel Arras and Anna Song.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Germaine Catholic Church (7997 E Dana Dr, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314). The inurnment was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Prescott National Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's disease in Manuel Arras, Jr., name.
