He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Herron and Catherine Herron (Helmuth); his son Daniel Joseph; his sister Patricia Doyle (Herron); and his brothers-in-law, Jack Walsh and Pat Coughlan.
He is survived by: his wife Betsy Herron (Meighan); his children, Lizanne Kreitzer (Bill) and Chuck Herron (Katrina); his grandchildren, Danielle Herron (Josh Saylor), Charles J Herron (Jessica), Hailey Herron, Brayden Herron, Payton Herron and Raelynn Herron; his great grandchild Skyler Herron; and his siblings, Cass Walsh, Denise Connelly (Jack), Grace Coughlan, Edward Herron (Dorothy) and Dick Herron (Nancy). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and many dear friends.
