He was predeceased by: his parents, Watson Buckman and Sylvia Jack Buckman; his wife Dorothy Caviness; and his brothers, Ronald and Robert Buckman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanne Jones (Jeff) of Hendersonville, TN. and Ladele Shaw (Raymond) of Queen Creek, AZ.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
