He was predeceased by: his sisters, Lenore and Nancy Ortiz. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his daughter Rebecca; and his brothers, Michael Herrera and John Herrera. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Savings Grace Lutheran Church (24498 S Ellsworth Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the McKinley Education Foundation HMHS Scholarship Fund.
