She is survived by: her sons, Lance and Jack Apple; her sister JoAnn Quinnett; her grandchildren, Jennifer Kubiak, Jason Sells, Jeff Sells, Elaine Thwaites, Alyssa Apple and Jack Apple II; her daughters, Kay-Re, Karen and Katie; her friends, Paul, Sharon and Patti Rousseau; and her caregivers, Kym Healy, Melissa Gonzalez and Melissa Legger.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Discovery Community Church (1644 S Lindsay Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85295). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
