He is survived by: his children, Jess Wallace Payne (Alyssa) of Flagstaff, Stacey Copp (Connor) of Queen Creek and Stephanie Payne of Queen Creek; and his grandchildren, Tessa Copp of Queen Creek and Allen Payne of Flagstaff.
