In the sacred silence of farewell, Sylvia Jane Thomas is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Thomas and Elizabeth Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Tom McAleavy; her children, Heather Elizabeth (Berkeley), Sean Thomas (Lyssa) and Kristen Jane (Kelly); and her sisters, Carol Miller (Steve), Joyce Bulger and Gloria Rowell (Bill).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (8161 S Power Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
