He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Ruth Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Tonie Skinner; his child Kacie Bertolotti Elizabeth (Eric); his father Melvin Skinner; and his grandchildren, Lainee, Hannah and Arthur. He is also survived by 7 siblings and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
