She was predeceased by: her husband Monte H. Ellsworth; her parents, Aubrey "Pat" Murphree and Francis Etta Prichard Murphree; and her brother Neal Murphree. She is survived by: her children, Keith Ellsworth (Donna), Pam Ellsworth and Krinda Brown (Jay). She is also survived by her four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
