He is survived by: his mother Barbara Lines; his siblings, Bob Tettleton (Shar), Steven Tettleton, Jennifer Davis and Rhonda Borders; and his aunts and uncles, Ron (Suzanne Lines), Bekki (Stephen Mattice), Ric (Jann Lines) and Steve (Toni Kimball).
