He was predeceased by: his parents, Arden J Allen and Doris Lou Redd Allen; his sister Connie Allen Eilertsen; and his granddaughter Samantha Leigh Cottam. He is survived by: his spouse Shannon Rockwell; his children, Brian Allen (Holly), Kathy McVey (Bob) of Buffalo, WY, Brandon Allen (Emily) of Rigby, ID, Karen Slaughter (Bill) of Jacksonville, NC, Kerri Allen of Buffalo, WY and Kacie Allen of Cottage Grove, MN; and his siblings, Lynn Allen Osman, Sandra Allen Rowley and Ren K Allen. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
