She was predeceased by: her husband Henry James Cox; her parents, Fay Gillespie and Doris Elaine Talley; her grandson Clay James Mackey; her brother Delvar Gillespie; and her half-brother Sheldon Gillespie.
She is survived by: her children, James L. Cox (Kathy), Tim Cox (Suzie), Darla Hansen (Theron) and Randy Cox. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren numerous Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM at the Gila Valley Memorial Gardens (650 E Airport Rd #9485, Safford, AZ 85546).
