She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Layton and Erdine Layton; and her brothers, Gail and Robert Layton (late Bruce Skinner). She is survived by: her husband Jared Bruce Skinner; her children, Jared Wade Skinner, Kristi Carrell (Steve) and Ron Skinner (Lori); and her sisters, Linda Norton, Kathryn Mullenaux and Deanna Damron (Wayne). She is also survived by her loving children and grandchildren.
