The memory of Steve Napier (Safford, Arizona), who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Steve leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Steve may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Buster" Everett Napier and Minion; and his siblings, Fred, Wilburn and Zola Judi.
He is survived by: his son William "Billy" Napier (Becca); his wife Abby Jean; his children, Carol Elders (DWayne), Becky Scarlett (Eric) and Joseph (Amy); and his sister Chloe Ann Roden. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grand children; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Thatcher Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4050 W 2nd St, Thatcher, AZ 85552). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Central Cemetery (1000 Central Cemetery Rd, Thatcher, AZ 85552).
