He is survived by: his wife Dixie Deane Randall Kartchner; and his children, Kerry Lynn Howard, Eldon Kartchner, Tyson Kartchner, Cami Jensen, Tanya Martin, Alma Kartchner, Lucinda Layton and Angela Salmon. He is also survived by grandchildren.
