He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Burgan Kelsay and Oren W. Kelsay; and his siblings, Mary Agnes Evans, Janet Kelsay, Robert W. Kelsay and Gene Kelsay. He is also survived by two nephews, a niece, nine great nieces and nephews, and six great-great nieces and nephews.
