He was predeceased by : his sister Corina Torres Savendra. He is survived by : his stepmother Oberta Gonzales of Bisbee, AZ.; his wife Cecilia C. Florez of San Manuel, AZ; his children, Carlos C. Florez Jr. (Silvia) and Morenci; his grandchildren, Miguel, Wyatt, Marcelina, Junior, Hector, Adrian, William and Jasmine; and his siblings, Antonia Uribe (Raymundo), Guillermo Gutierrez (Bill), Margarita Roy (Joseph), Susanna Samborski (Greg), Nena Torres Medrano (Charlie) and Barbara Florez.
