He is survived by: his significant other Jack Russel Terrier; his close friend Maxx; his daughters, Amanda Lynn Konkowski (Nicholas Konkowski) and Andrea Nicole Booth (Christopher Booth); his grandson Colter Konkowski; and his friend Mary Lynn Pfligler.
