He was predeceased by : his parents, Allen Kurt Webb and Lois Elsie Winn. He is survived by : his wife Darla Brannan Webb; his siblings, Kurt Webb (Susan) and Kris Graham (Ron); and his children, Kristi Russell (Brian) and Craig Webb (Rachel). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
