He is survived by: his mother Kirstina Oliphant; his stepfather Scott Oliphant; his brothers, Cory Wells (Brenda Wells), Josh Telepo and Trace Telepo (Kenna); his siblings' children, Jerssy Wells and AJ Wells; and his grandparents, Diana, Jeffery Klein, Michael Walsh and Don Jones.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary and Cemetery (6500 E Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
