He is survived by: his son Phillip Kurchack (Stephanie) of Bedford Hills, NY.; his former wife Ann Kurchack of Newtown, PA.; his grandchildren, Jillian, Jason Ava, Grace, Dirk, Emma and Lyllah; his sister Rhoda Kwartner (Alan); his nieces, Phylissa and Jessica; and his son Little League Teams.
