As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Erin; his son Vincent; his sister Jackilyn; his parents, Randy Russo and Shannon Wood; and his stepparents, Deb Russo, Tom Wood and Senior Manager. He was also cherished by the love of his life and eternal soulmate.
