It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Mallatt (Scottsdale, Arizona), who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lorraine Allen and Curtis James Mallatt Sr.; and his son Christopher. He is survived by: his former wife Dian Moss; his spouse Michele Frost; his sons, Troy and Shawn; his grandchildren, Corey, Steven, Alana and Selena; his stepchildren, Lisa Lynch and Charles "Dru" Smith; and his stepgrandchildren, Jami Tovar, Kati Gabal Brooke Smith, Jade Miller and Rhett Lynch. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Messinger Indian School Mortuary (7601 E Indian School Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Paradise Memorial Gardens (9300 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260).
