He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judith Theresa; his children, Krina Koenen (John), Daria Hoffman (Christopher), Melissa Laurenson (Dave) and Kristian Schafernak (Sylvia Perez); and his grandchildren, Jack, Allison, Hailey, Catriona, Leila, Christian, Cassandra, Charlie and Jake.

Memorial donations may be made in Dale's name to St. Theresa Catholic Church https://sttheresachurch.org or St Bernard Clairvaux Catholic Church in Scottsdale https://stboc.org. Saturday, January 4, 2025, 10 AM from Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home to St. Theresa Church for 10:30 AM Mass.
