She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Johns (O'Conner) and Fredrick Johns; her husband Gary Cox; her former husband Warren Seik; her siblings, Gloria Robertson (Johns) and Gail Johns; her brother-in-law Bill Robertson; her nephew Bruce Robertson; her parents-in-law, Vivian Cox (Pee Wee) and Ivyl Cox (Shorty); and her brother-in-law Dennis Cox.
She is survived by: her children, LeAnn and Leslie; her sister Donna Van Haalen (Johns) of Pleasantville, Iowa; her granddaughters, Brooke Schreiner and Ella Schreiner; her sisters-in-law, Roberta Johns (Rees) and Julie Cox; and her sibling's children, Terri Allen (Robertson), Craig Johns, Linda Goode (Johns), Joe Van Haalen, Jason Cox, Nick Cox and Brady Cox.
