He was predeceased by: his father Eldon Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Judy (Waite); his children, Ben, Brett, Tim, Julie Bennion, Angela Robinson, Rachelle Stephan and Heather Bruce; and his siblings, Jeff, Chris, Linda Phelps and Maryann Bethea. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
