A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Desert Mission United Methodist Church (7373 E Dixileta Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85266).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Doug's memory to the Creede Musical Arts Collective or the Junior Golf Association of Arizona.
