She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Durham; her son Brian; her parents, Bill Bock and Elna Bock; and her sister Kiki McCullough.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Durham Baer (Bill) of Scottsdale, Ann Durham Coussens (Jim) of Lee's Summit and Cheri Milhomme of Camano Island, Washington; her grandchildren, Liz (Drew), Carson, Ally, Lexi, Chelsea, Emily (Max), Jamie and Max; and her great grandchildren, Hudson, Arena and Alpine. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to Hospice of the Valley in Scottsdale, Arizona or Pinnacle Presbyterian Church in Scottsdale, Arizona in Betty's memory, or cheering on the Huskers, Chiefs, and Diamondbacks, just as she would have wanted.
