She is survived by: her husband Dave; her sons, Michael (Jill) and Kevin (Bernadine); her grandchildren, Brandon Sivage (Leah), Broc Galbreth, Slater Sivage (Aspen) and Tessa Schuttenhelm (Kurtis); her great grandchild Charlotte Schuttenhelm; her brothers-in-law, Richard Sivage (Pam) and Wayne Sivage; and her caregivers, Tanya, Michelle, Veronica and Jocelyn.
