Ken Larney wrote a sympathy message

“I am truly sorry to today read about Floyd. He was a unique and caring man, generous to a fault, and full of great stories. I last spoke with him in August before we moved, and for some reason, today I googled his name fearing the worst. God, please rest his soul, and he gets 2 shots per side. Kim, Steve, and family... my deepest condolences. I loved him as a mentor and a friend.”
