Smith in Scottsdale, Arizona, born in South Fork, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Frances; her brother John Kaminsky (Bonnie); and her children, Lenny (Mary Anne), Larry Sharon (Cathy) and Kenny (Janet). She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
