He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Folinazzo and Audrey M. Folinazzo (Principe); and his brother Daniel Folinazzo. He is survived by: his uncle Louie; his friends, PeeWee, Anthony and Louie; his close friends, Pat, Lenny, Greg and Gene; his wife Audrey A. Folinazzo (Hatch); his children, Francesca Mazurkiewicz (Tom), Felicia Palmisano (Joe) and Frank Folinazzo Jr. (Nicolette); his grandchildren, Lucia, Anthony Mazurkiewicz, Giuseppe, Aria Palmisano, Ava and Frank Daniel Folinazzo; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Folinazzo, Valerie Beabout (Ken) and William Hatch III (Mellissa). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
