He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his son Thomas (Jill) Munger; his stepdaughter Christine Ketchum of St. Paul, MN; his granddaughters, Mikayla and Hayley; and his sisters, Lynette Flitcraft (George) of Chandler, AZ and Dawn Creech (Yettee Girard) of Canton, SD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
