He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Stephens and Alice Stephens of Kingman, AZ.. He is survived by: his wife Josephine; his children, Tina, Tim Stephens (Yvonne), Melanie (Joe Drazkowski), Matt Stephens (Donna) and Brian Stephens (Angela Mack); his brother Bill Stephens (Rene); his grandchildren, Natalie, Casey (Angie), Christina (Anthony), Kyle, Carli, Andrew, Elizabeth (Cody) and Brianna; his great grandchildren, Ava, Shawn and Brian; his great great grandchild Danielle; and his caregivers, Mina, Ani, Lavaya, Stana and Pete.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary and Cemetery (6500 E Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254). A burial will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
