It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Frances Burns of Scottsdale, Arizona, born in Clifton, Arizona, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Frances Smith (Robert Burns); her siblings, William "Bud" Smith, Brad Smith and Florence "Peggy" Sandoz (Henry); and her stepson Brian Burns.
She is survived by: her stepson Robert Burns Jr. (Mary Helen); her sisters-in-law, Judy Smith and Virginia Smith; Carmen Burns. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
