Hildegard leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Hildegard’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Kalwick, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Lotte Riedel and Wolfgang Sturmer; and her children, William Kalwick Jr. (Claudia), David Kalwick, Gretchen Shirley (Bill), Adrianne Burnell (Brad) and Rebecca Paduone. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hansen Desert Hills Chapel (6500 E Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church (16245 N 60th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85254).
