He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Faye (Miller). He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl (Rick Dow), Angela (James McClain) and Lynn Thompson; his siblings, Bill Thompson, Donald Thompson, Katrina Hamilton and Katherine Bush; and his sister-in-law Jackie McPeek. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
