James Robert Rakers Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 2, 2026, James Robert Rakers (Scottsdale, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Rakers and Catherine Rakers; and his brother Richard Rakers. He is survived by: his wife Helen Patricia; his children, James D. Rakers (Terry) and Cathy Rakers Weise (David); his grandchildren, Joaquin, Harrison, James, John, Helen, Maria and Madeline; his siblings, Paul Rakers and Mary Humphrey; and his sister-in-law Alice Rakers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, classmates, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to one of the following organizations close to Jim's heart.
