It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Ann Phoenix of Scottsdale, Arizona, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Waite and Leslie Waite; her husband Bill Phoenix; and her brothers, John and Gary Waite.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Janet Waite; her children, Jerry Phoenix, Kathy Phoenix, Bill Phoenix (Julie), John Phoenix (Meleni) and Jim Phoenix (Jacquie Wolff); her grandchildren, Ashley Riedesel (Connor), Tommy D'Ambrosio (Vivianna), Matthew Phoenix (Courtney), Amanda Mohadjer (Nic), Jenissa Phoenix (Candace Milbourne) and David Phoenix; and her great grandchildren, Paityn, Avery, Tommy, Nash and Oakley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
