He was predeceased by: his parents, Othor Turney and LaVern Turney; and his daughter Jennifer Sagers. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his brother Edwin Turney; and his daughter Stephanie Cecil. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
