He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Bolte (Culik) and Anton Bolte; and his wife Dolly. He is survived by: his children, John J. "Sam" Bolte and Debbie Bolte Andrews; his grandsons, Travis Andrews (Ally) and Brandon Bolte; his great grandchildren, Kinslee, Rylee and Charlee Andrews; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Horvatin and Jeanie Bolte. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
