He is survived by: his wife Sharon Louise (Procter); his children, Timothy Christian (Linda R.), Daniel Dean (Linda D.), Ronald Scott (Mary), Tracy Gae (Tim), John Donald II and Douglas Eugene (Missy); his mother Rosemarie Farrington Douthitt; and his siblings, James (Sharron) and Patricia Mitchell (Gary). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
