He is survived by: his parents, Robert Pollack and Sarabelle Harriet Pollack; his wife Charlotte; his children, Taylor Schultz (Kyle), Josh Pollack, Ryan Pollack (Megan) and Brandon Blain; his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Preston Schultz; his brothers, Glenn (Deb) and Steve; and his mother-in-law Ragnhild Naylor.
