He was predeceased by: his father Michael Kelley. He is survived by: his mother Martha Hart; his wife Nickie Kelley; his children, William and Sarah; and his stepfather Kenneth Hart. He is also survived by uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, stepbrother, stepsister, in-laws, and a circle of dear friends.
