He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. R. Perkins (Jim) and Shirley Perkins (Lemonds); his grandparents, Earl and Marietta Lemonds (Gurley); his great-grandparents, J. R. (Jim) and Rhea Lemonds; his wife Casey; and his brothers, Randy Jamestown (Sandy) and Tom.
