He was predeceased by: his mother Ida Wortzman. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Wortzman; his daughter Genevieve (Matthew); his grandchildren, Spencer and Adelinemism; his son Jeremy (Rebekah); and his grandchildren, Elijah, Isaiah, Evelyn, Judah and Miriam.
