He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Florence; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Kevin (Amy) of Oak Park and Terry (Arpi) of Fort Collins; his grandchildren, Reed, Grace, Liam, Emily and Raffi; and his brother Matthew (Judy) of Chicago, Illinois..

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Herma Heart Center.
