Forst; her children, Jennifer Gillis (John), Melissa Fitzpatrick (Al) and Kristopher Forst (Sarah); her grandchildren, Madisyn (Brandon), Taryn, Avery, Lauryn and Knox; her great grandchild Molly; and her siblings, Gregory Kick (Pam) and Karla Kalis (Tom).
